The
Serpent range of payout machines are based on the reeler ranges.
There are 2 types of payout machine, Pintle Loading (P range)
and Shaft Loading (S range). Payout machines are widely used
in cable manufacture and also provide an efficient combination
for the distributor when used ‘back-to-back’ with
a reeling machine.
The P range is a derivative of the Boa pintle reeler series
whereas the S range is based on the Python shaft reelers.
